Village of Grafton Trustee Candidate Forum

On Feb. 26, 2019 LWVOZ co-sponsored a Grafton Trustee Candidate Forum with the
Grafton Chamber of Commerce. Candidates Dave Antoine, John Gassert and John
Meinecke were present to field questions from the audience. In a first for League forums,
candidate Tom Krueger, who was not able to be present, participated in the forum by
Skype from Missouri. Our thanks to Pam King of the Grafton Chamber for arranging
that. A fifth candidate, AnneMarie Wenten, was unable to attend but sent an opening and
closing statement to be read. Thirty citizens and nine LWVOZ volunteers were present,
with League member Mary Fran Lepeska moderating the forum. The forum was
videotaped by the Grafton Chamber and will be available on its website: www.Grafton-
